Featuring 50 micron fibre, the high quality multimode patch cables are terminated in all the various current fibre connectors and high quality fibre. As duplex connectors they have two connectors at each end and are made in orange only. OM2 is constructed with a 50um diameter light core and is capable of data transfer rates of up to 1000Mbps. Owing to a narrower light core in the cable design OM2 provides extension across a greater distance than that of OM1.Multimode OM2 Duplex Interconnect cables listed here are made with 50/125um Multimode Fibers in 900um buffers and either 2mm or 3mm jackets.
